运城市圣天湖运动休闲特色小镇项目开发研究

文章采用文献资料法、实地考察法、专家访谈法对运城市圣天湖运动休闲特色小镇的项目开发问题进行了研究。通过对运城圣天湖运动休闲特色小镇的内外环境分析,结合运城市圣天湖的地理位置、交通环境、文化特色、政治经济基础、特色体育活动以及独特的地域特色活动等条件,认为可以从精品特色运动休闲项目和大众化运动休闲项目两方面进行项目开发,既体现精品赛事又考虑大众休闲,通过项目开发打造运城市圣天湖运动休闲特色小镇的特色内涵,从而吸引各类游客,为小镇建设提供理论和实践指导。  相似文献   

Blended learning in higher education: professional development in a Hong Kong university

ABSTRACT

Online learning has become a ubiquitous part of the educational landscape and how teachers are supported in developing approaches to teaching online is a fundamental aspect of the students’ learning experience. Based on the implementation of a professional development course on becoming an online teacher offered in a blended learning mode at one university in Hong Kong, this article proposes that offering this type of professional development in a blended mode is very effective in facilitating enhanced usage of the university’s learning management system. In a blended mode, teachers are actively engaged with blended learning and were found to make more extensive use of features/tools in Blackboard after they attended the professional development course. Results support that offering professional development in a blended mode provides teachers with an authentic student perspective, at the same time as they take guided steps in the teacher’s role in blended learning.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

This research adapted the Life Skills Scale for Sport (LSSS) into Portuguese and provided evidence for its construct validity. Study 1 included four translators and five academics who developed a Portuguese version of the LSSS (P-LSSS). During this study, evidence for the content and substantive aspects of construct validity was provided using an expert panel and 25 sports participants. Study 2 included 413 participants that completed the P-LSSS. Within this study, evidence for the structural aspect of construct validity was provided via factor analyses. Study 3 included 134 participants who completed the P-LSSS and a measure of motivation. This study provided evidence for the external aspect of construct validity, with results showing more self-determined motivation had positive relationships with participant’s life skills development. Overall, our findings provided evidence for the construct validity of P-LSSS scores. Researchers and practitioners can use the P-LSSS to assess life skills development within sports participants.  相似文献

对发达国家体育智库建设进行研究，梳理和总结了发达国家体育智库建设概况，探讨了其成功经验，针对我国体育智库建设的现状，提出了体育智库建设的路径选择。研究认为：发达国家体育智库大体分为政府型体育智库、独立自治型体育智库、高校附属型体育智库三类，发挥着知识和权力沟通桥梁、体育决策民主化平台、体育政策落实监护人等功能；政府的重视扶持、坚持研究独立性、合理的管理体制、完善的运行机制、严格的行业管理等是其发展的重要经验；最后根据体育全面深化改革的现实从体育智库的法之根基、术之利器、权之制衡、道之要义四个层面提出了相应的建设路径。  相似文献

Graduate teaching assistants: motives,difficulties and professional interactions and their relationship to perceived benefits

ABSTRACT

Graduate students play a major role in teaching in higher education, particularly in undergraduate programs. The purpose of the present study was two-fold: first, to identify graduate students’ motives for working as graduate teaching assistants (GTAs), describe some aspects of their work, and ascertain their perceived benefits; second, to predict GTAs’ benefits as a function of their individual background characteristics, motives, job difficulties, and richness of professional interactions with the course instructor. Data were collected from 189 GTAs who led discussion groups at a large research university in Israel by means of an internet questionnaire. Findings revealed that graduate students accepted the position of GTA mainly for extrinsic reasons, such as salary and convenience. They claimed to have faced few difficulties and that their professional interactions with the course instructors focused more on job responsibilities and less on pedagogical issues. They reported having gained a greater understanding of course content and improved teaching skills due to their experience as GTAs. Richness of contact with the course instructor, motives, difficulties, and faculty match significantly contributed to predicting perceived benefits. Professional development on fostering students’ academic language proficiency across the curriculum—A meta-analysis of its impact on teachers’ cognition and teaching practices

This meta-analysis aggregates effects from 10 studies evaluating professional development interventions aimed at qualifying in-service teachers to support their students in mastering academic language skills while teaching their respective subject areas. The analysis of a subset of studies revealed a small non-significant weighted training effect on teachers’ cognition (g’ = 0.21, SE = 0.14). An effect aggregation including all studies (with 650 teachers) revealed a medium to large weighted overall effect on teachers’ classroom practices (g’ = 0.71, SE = 0.16). Methodological variables moderated the effect magnitude. Nevertheless, the results suggest professional development is beneficial for improving teachers’ practice.  相似文献

在SWOT总体框架下运用德尔菲法和层次分析法等一些研究方法,去构建研究高校潜水可持续发展的体系,并确立其因素的权重。结果表明从SWOT分析方面去构建一级四个指标优势S、劣势W、机会O、威胁T,二级指标18个因素的体系是能够分析出哪个因素的权重更大,能给予一定的定量分析支持。其中一级指标的优势S是四个指标中最重要的一个因素,能给予决断层学术上的帮助。  相似文献
